We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Assistant to join our kids store in Liverpool One
Candidates must be available to work during easter & summer and have flexible availability during weekdays and weekends, mornings & afternoon.
About what you'll be doing –
Delivering the highest level of customer service possible to both child and their parent/guardian
Offering our free measure and fitting service to our little customers
Providing in depth product knowledge
Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
Stock management and shop floor merchandising
Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
