ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Training Manager, you will be at the heart of our service culture, ensuring every guest encounter reflects warmth, generosity, and excellence. You'll lead the training and development of our front-of-house (FOH) teams, instilling a passion for hospitality and driving exceptional service across our portfolio.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Design, implement, and manage engaging training programs to develop exceptional FOH teams.
* Monitor service quality, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement to elevate guest satisfaction.
* Coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal development.
* Champion innovation, incorporating the latest trends in hospitality training and guest engagement.
* Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in hospitality training & quality management within high-end restaurant operations.
* A passion for service excellence, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, and people skills to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Experience with service quality audits, guest experience management, and leadership coaching.
* A deep understanding of Italian hospitality traditions and a commitment to elevating guest experiences.
