Our Collections Support Advisors are key to working with our business customers to minimise debt exposure. You will be supporting our operations teams to secure payment on accounts, ensuring they follow treatment paths and follow debt recovery processes.
You will need to actively listen and care about our customers, offering them credit management and debt recovery advice. You’ll achieve this by demonstrating fantastic customer service expertise, such as empathy and communication, using the information shared with you to support your customers to make informed decisions.
