Finance Quality Assurance Project Officer
Join us as a Finance Quality Assurance Project Officer at The University of Law. This is a fixed-term position (6 months) based in Woking, with a hybrid working pattern (two days per week onsite).
Our Finance Quality Assurance Project Officers play a vital role in supporting the university’s finance department by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of aged debtor balances. This role involves overseeing fee posting processes, assisting with audits, and maintaining high standards of financial quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Reconciling and clearing outstanding balances, and following up with relevant departments or students
2. Supporting internal financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports
3. Developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure consistency in financial procedures
