Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunities (Up to 3 Positions)\n\nUp to three Conveyancing Paralegals are required to join a busy and growing Residential Property department. These roles are essential in supporting the smooth running of each conveyancing team, providing both paralegal and administrative assistance to a Team Leader and Conveyancer to ensure an efficient and positive client experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOpening new files and completing client due-diligence procedures\nProducing correspondence and legal documents\nOrdering property searches and preparing contract packs\nLiaising with clients and third parties by phone and handling general enquiries\nAssisting with completion preparations, including pre-completion searches, redemption statements, accounts information, SDLT forms, and completion statements/bills\nCarrying out administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying and filing\nHandling post-completion work including dealing with Land Registry requisitions\nClosing and archiving files\nAttending and contributing to team meetings\nMaintaining key date reminder systems\nKeeping client matter files and electronic workflows updated\nProviding general office support as needed, i...
