As our Graphic Designer, you'll bring our brand to life across a wide range of platforms. From fundraising campaigns and event branding to social media, print materials, and digital content, your work will help us stand out and connect with our audiences. You'll collaborate with teams across the organisation, delivering creative solutions that are both visually compelling and accessible.
Responsibilities
* Design high‑quality creative assets for print and digital (including brochures, social media, websites, and campaigns)
* Manage design projects from concept through to delivery
* Support and develop the Derian House brand across all departments
* Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers
* Create engaging visuals that sensitively reflect emotional stories
* Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events and fundraising initiatives
* Keep up to date with design trends and best practices
Qualifications
* Experience in a graphic design role with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* A creative thinker with a passion for design and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders
* Experience designing for digital platforms and understanding of brand guidelines
* A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a willingness to learn and innovate
* A Degree in Creative Design/Design and Marketing
Desirable Skills
* Experience in a marketing environment
* Photography skills
* High level I.T. skills
