As a Group Category Manager for Marketing, you'll help deliver this by driving sustainable value across our marketing spend. You'll lead pan-European category strategies that enable innovation, efficiency, and responsible sourcing – ensuring our banners have the tools to inspire customers and create better homes.
What's the job?
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all Kingfisher banners.
* Analyse spend, budgets, supplier performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
* Develop and implement category strategies that deliver cost savings, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
* Lead sourcing projects using Kingfisher's tools and processes, ensuring clarity of scope and measurable outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with Kingfisher governance, policies, and Code of Conduct.
* Proven experience in marketing services procurement across multiple markets.
* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international suppliers.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Driven and motivated to deliver against targets
* Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
* Flexible and resilient, ability to adapt to changing needs
