You will play a key role in driving the installation and commissioning of MSite systems, ensuring seamless integration on-site while upholding our uncompromising quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the installation and commissioning of MSite systems across customer sites, ensuring all work meets high technical and professional standards.
* Provide expert-level support and maintenance for existing MSITE installations, acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
* Deliver subject matter expertise and technical leadership to both external clients and internal teams.
* Mentor and support junior engineers/apprentices, contributing to skills development and operational excellence.
* Ensure quality assurance and adherence to company installation standards, technical drawings, and health & safety procedures.
* Provide specialist input into the design and continuous improvement of technical architecture and system documentation.
* Maintain a strong customer focus with a commitment to achieving outstanding satisfaction scores and long-term client relationships.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth handover, sign-off, and post-installation support.
* Deliver high-quality end-user and super user training onsite or remotely.
* Proactively contribute to best practices, engineering standards, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
* Assist with the Engineer Manager in auditing, health and safety and general team commitments.
* Take lead in 3rd party QA checks, Stock management and training.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of access control, CCTV and security systems.
* Strong track record of field-based engineering in a customer-facing role.
* Experience leading or mentoring engineering staff on site.
* Proficient in interpreting and working from electrical schematics and technical drawings.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft I.T systems.
