On behalf of our client based in Maghera we are recruiting for a Legal Secretary
Hours: Mon-Frid 9am-5pm - 35hpw
Duties will include:
* Typing a high volume of legal documents and general correspondence,
* First point of contact for clients face to fact & over the telephone.
* Incoming and outgoing post
* Processing incoming and outgoing emails
* Preparing client files
* Dealing with all enquiries efficiently and in a professional manner.
* Responsible for diary management
* 2 + years Administration experience
* Experience in a busy office processing legal documents (preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be proficient in using Word, Outlook, Excel
