Cobalt Recruitment, in partnership with one of London's most prestigious landlords, is seeking an innovative and determined individual to join their team as an Operations Manager.
This role has arisen due to their continued success within the property sector, and you will be responsible for managing a high-end shopping centre in Kingston-upon-Hull.
Key responsibilities include:
* Setting, managing, and reconciling the service charge budget alongside the Senior Property Manager.
* Ensuring all contracted works are completed in line with company regulations and compliant with current health and safety legislation.
* Building relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues, ensuring high levels of communication.
* Supervising both the hard and soft services of the shopping centre, ensuring all contract works are carried out punctually and cost-effectively.
Applicants should have previous experience in Shopping Centre or Operations Management, with a broad understanding of health and safety legislation. An IOSH and IWFM qualification would be advantageous.
Key to your success will be your ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.
