Position:
To develop customer-led support using person-centered and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice, and support for those in or approaching mental health crisis. To contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, safe, and dynamic service in accordance with our policies, procedures, vision, values, and strategic objectives. The post holder is required to work on a 7-day rotating shift pattern and will have paid sleep-ins at a fixed rate. The role involves working within the BCHA Psychologically Informed Framework to enable customers to make lasting changes that prepare them for independent living and work.

Other Information:
15 hours per week, including one sleep-in shift.
Shift hours: Early 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Late 3 pm - 11 pm, Sleep-in 11 pm - 7:30 am.
Shift pattern: Tuesday late shift + sleep-in, Saturday early shift.
