Role and responsibilities

The Producer will become a third member of Shotput’s core team. Working with the two Artistic Directors, they will imagine and deliver future directions for the company. Shotput is entering a new chapter as a Multi-Year Funded company for the period of 2025-28. We are keen to find someone who can support our existing projects and trajectory and also work closely with us to imagine and define the company’s future path. We would love to work with someone interested in being a true part of the company and who can help shape the role in a way that is valuable to them. We are looking for a collaborator on the work of art that is the company itself.
