Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Our tech teams keep us running 24/7 to make sure all our patients get world class service. To support that, this role may include participation in an out-of-hours rota as required by the business. We operate fair scheduling process as well as additional compensation for all on call periods.
This role sits at the heart of Mergers & Acquisitions, leading the technical integration of newly acquired businesses and strategic initiatives. You’ll own integration planning end‑to‑end, from technical due diligence through to delivery, working hands‑on with teams across the business to modernise platforms, enable scale, and ensure technology supports long‑term growth. The role combines strong technical leadership with the ability to turn complex decisions into clear, practical outcomes for a wide range of stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing?
· Develop high‑quality software with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
· Lead by example within the team, contributing hands‑on code while fostering a positive and inclusive working environment
· Create a culture where technical decisions prioritise team wellbeing and project outcomes
· Support and mentor team members, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
· Build and maintain backend systems using .NET Core microservices
· Develop modern frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
· Contribute to e‑commerce solutions built on a headless BigCommerce platform
· Work with Storyblok as the content management system to support flexible content delivery
· Promote best practices across development to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals
Who are we looking for?
· Broad technical understanding, particularly across .NET and SQL, with front‑end awareness
· Strong integration expertise, including experience with APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and custom integration approaches
· Experience delivering large‑scale technical implementation or integration projects, especially during mergers, acquisitions, or periods of rapid growth
· Proven ability to design and deliver technical integration or implementation strategies from planning through to execution
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
· Experience managing end‑to‑end delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
