High-volume Accounts Payable position, working on an interim basis to assist with a busy period.
Location: King’s Cross, London
Rate: £17-20 per hour
Contract: 3 months (immediate start)
An established business with the Creative sector, based in the King’s Cross area is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone confident stepping into a fast-paced environment and supporting the AP function during a busy period.
Key responsibilities:
1. End-to-end processing of supplier invoices
2. Matching, batching and coding invoices
3. Managing payment runs
4. Supplier statement reconciliations
5. Resolving invoice and payment queries
6. Supporting month-end AP close activities
About you:
7. Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
8. Comfortable working to deadlines in a high-volume environment
9. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Confident using finance systems and Excel
11. Available immediately or at short notice
12. Experience working within Media, TV, or Events desirable but not essential
This role offers a competitive hourly rate (up to £40k equivalent) and the opportunity to join a well-located London-based business with an experienced finance team.
