Part-Time Finance Manager | Creative Agency | London | £60K pro rata | 3-4 days Harmonic are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing brand and activation agency in their search for a Finance Manager to join the team on a part-time basis. With around 40 people in the business and revenues at the £2-4mill mark, this agency is known for building bold brand identities, delivering large-scale activations, and producing creative campaigns that cut through. They're a friendly, entrepreneurial team with a flat structure, a focus on collaboration, and a genuine love for the work they do. This is a sole charge finance role, reporting into the leadership team and working across all areas of finance - from the day-to-day to the more commercial. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with creative leaders. The Role * Own the day-to-day finance operations (AP, AR, bank recs, payroll oversight) * Manage month-end processes and deliver accurate reporting to the founders * Produce forecasts, cashflow models, and management accounts * Business partner with the leadership team to support decision-making * Work with external accountants on compliance and year-end * Continually improve systems and processes as the business scales What we're looking for * Qualified Accountant, (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or PQ or QBE * Experience in a small to mid-sized creative/agency environment (preferred) * Comfortable being the go-to finance person and rolling sleeves up * Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and collaborative approach Salary: £60k pro rata Location: Hybrid (can accommodate 1-2 days in office p/month in Central London).
