A leading digital consultancy is seeking experienced Service Designers to support the delivery of user‑centred digital services across a range of high‑profile public sector programmes. These roles offer the opportunity to work on complex, large‑scale services, collaborating within multidisciplinary Agile teams to improve outcomes for users and organisations alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver service design activities across all phases of the service lifecycle
* Lead teams to analyse end‑to‑end services and build deep empathy with service users
* Identify and apply appropriate service design methods, including service mapping, blueprinting, and taxonomy development
* Produce clear, high‑quality service maps and blueprints to inform delivery and decision‑making
* Provide strategic service design input and contribute to a collaborative community of practice
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working as a Service Designer within UK public sector or large, complex organisations
* Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles and GDS standards
* Demonstrable experience producing service blueprints, journey maps, and supporting design artefacts
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
* Experience working within Agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams
