Job Description:

£35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting them through their highs and lows. Our shift leaders help young people regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults. This role involves challenges but also the joy of small victories.

Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Shift leaders are motivated by making positive changes, celebrating small successes.


Get out what you put in

You will care for young people daily, ensure smooth operations, and support the staff team. As a shift leader, you will also deputise for the Team Leaders, build relationships with young people, demonstrate compassion, resilience, and leadership.
