£35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

You will care for young people daily, ensure smooth operations, and support the staff team. As a shift leader, you will also deputise for the Team Leaders, build relationships with young people, demonstrate compassion, resilience, and leadership.
