What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) – essential.
* Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or in a senior early years leadership role.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* A supportive, proactive, and child-focused approach

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding care and education.
* Plan and oversee engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards are consistently met.
* Assist with managing occupancy, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
* Contribute to staff training, appraisals, and ongoing professional development.
