Responsibilities
* Provide welfare and first aid support to pupils and staff.
* Maintain the database of children with ongoing needs.
* Assist with care plans for pupils with specific and complex medical needs.
* Communicate orally and in writing when preparing reports, weekly plans, and daily records.
* Maintain a good telephone manner and deal sensitively with a range of children, parents, and outside agencies.
* Demonstrate excellent IT and interpersonal skills.
* Maintain confidentiality.
* Have previous school office experience, including using Arbor (although not essential).
* Work efficiently, on your own initiative, and under pressure.
