About the Role:
We are currently hiring a
Sales Advisor
for an
8-week contract
to join our desk-based sales team at our
new office on the Keele University Campus
. This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing broadband provider in a dynamic, supportive environment.
You will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, handling inbound enquiries, and converting leads into customers — all while delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
* Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails
* Promote broadband products and services to residential customers
* Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in outbound sales or contact centre roles
* Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
* Able to work under pressure and stay motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* CRM experience is a plus, but not essential
* Must be available to start immediately and commit to the full 8-week contract
* Able to work
on-site
Monday to Friday, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
