1. Manage executive diaries and optimize scheduling with senior stakeholders.
2. Create Passport matters and assist with LOB specific project work
3. Lead planning and execution of high-profile events and meetings.
4. Support legal recruitment strategy and onboarding programs.
5. Coordinateplex global travel logistics and manage travel budgets.
6. Prepare pre-meeting materials and support legal documentation processes.
7. Develop and implement innovative processes for stakeholder engagement.
8. Implement a "Train the Trainer" program for administrative capabilities.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and participate in legal initiatives.
