We’re seeking an experienced leader to join our Implementation team in London. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers, supporting complex integrations and business models to give our customers a competitive edge.
The Implementation Management team supports large, strategic customers in solution design, integration, and go-live processes, utilizing industry best practices. Projects include online payments, in-person payments, marketplaces, card issuing, and financial services.
What you’ll do
* Lead a team of implementation managers to deliver excellent customer experiences and efficient go-lives with scalable, robust integrations. Serve as a sparring partner and escalation point for complex projects.
* Create an inspiring, collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback.
* Scale the team while maintaining Adyen’s culture and values.
* Collaborate with other teams to grow the global IM organization in size, quality, and scalability.
Who you are
* You have at least 4 years of experience leading teams.
* You have managed teams of implementation managers, technical consultants, or project managers, including coaching and goal setting.
* You have experience with integration projects in large, global companies within professional services, finance, retail, or technology sectors.
* You have a proven track record of driving change, using data for decision-making, and optimizing operations.
* You understand global organizational dynamics and can develop effective relationships across international teams.
* You have a proactive, hands-on approach and are willing to tackle challenges collaboratively.
* Experience in the Unified Commerce space is a plus but not required.
