We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Security Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality services across IP CCTV systems (both wired and wireless) and access control solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working on a variety of installations and supporting clients. What Youll Be Doing Installing, maintaining, de-fitting and commissioning temporary and permanent CCTV systems on a national basis. Configuring systems to meet design specifications and customer requirements Responding to fault calls across all types of CCTV systems Completing routine and reactive call-outs Ensuring all company documentation is completed accurately on a job-by-job basis Carrying out additional reasonable tasks as requested by management The candidate we are looking for is to have: 3 years experience with CCTV installation (analogue & IP) and access control Strong technical knowledge Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and efficiency Clear verbal and written communication skills Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a structured team A strong work ethic and the ability to encourage and support others Motivation to contribute to a growing team and work on exciting client installations Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of CCTV and access control systems, including detection methods and analytics IT literacy Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Strong fault-finding capability Practical knowledge of general electrical and electronic principles CSCS/ECS Operatives Card (provided if not already held) Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) CCTV qualifications (desirable) Why Join Us?
