What you can bring: A friendly and engaging communication style, with the ability to work with diverse audiences. Demonstrable understanding of why excellent customer service standards is critical to success. Display an understanding of commercial awareness and its importance. Experience of working in a customer focused environment with retail and sales knowledge an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given. Basic knowledge of Health and Safety and Security requirements and/or a willingness to learn more. Ability to work under pressure during busy periods. This is a varied role with the opportunity to work in our shop, cafe and within our galleries. Assist in the safety and security for visitors, staff and property. Be willing to be trained in our fire evacuation procedure and be confident to put this knowledge into practise during fire drills and genuine evacuations.
