What You'll Be Doing
Supervising classes during teacher absences
Delivering pre-planned work and maintaining a positive learning environment
Managing behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged
Supporting school routines and expectations
What We're Looking For
Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills
Experience with young people (youth work, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, etc.)
A passion for supporting education
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
