This is a hybrid role offering 2 days per week from home.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join a highly successful manufacturer and play a key role in the business' continued growth.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities within the business, operating as a standalone function. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of independently developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

Job Duties:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
Manage and optimise the company's use of HubSpot, including CRM, marketing automation,and reporting tools.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
Create and manage content for digital platforms, including website, blog, email newsletters, and social media.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support the sales team with lead generation initiatives and marketing collateral.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as required.
Ideal experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B or manufacturing
Demonstrable experience managing marketing functions independently.
Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).

Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
