Assistant General Manager – Revolution
Salary: 34,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
* Running the show (with your GM by your side): Taking the reins when needed, leading brilliant shifts, making smart calls on the fly, and ensuring operations are tight from open to close.
* Leading the team: Coaching, supporting, and hyping your crew to deliver standout service and smash guest expectations every time.
* Creating Revs Moments: Inspiring the team to seek opportunities for unexpected touches that make nights legendary.
* Handling business like a boss: Managing P&L, rotas, compliance, and stock, using numbers to boost performance.
* Always improving: Identifying areas for improvement and driving change, pushing boundaries to lead progress.
