Operating within the residential and public sector, you’ll be at the forefront of government-funded recladding and remediation projects, building trusted relationships with local authorities, housing associations, consultants and contractors. This is a relationship-led role, suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement, strategic networking, and positioning complex solutions in a competitive marketplace. The Role Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in the recladding and remediation sector Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the public sector and social housing market Position services strategically through a mix of networking, lead generation, and early-stage project engagement Work closely with pre-construction and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success Spend the majority of your time on the ground in London and the South East, meeting stakeholders and advancing opportunities Requirements Proven track record in the recladding and remediation market, ideally with a strong contact base in the sector Experience working with local authorities, housing associations, and within public sector procurement frameworks Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to influence across multi-stakeholder environments Resilience, tenacity and the ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles Ideally a background in construction, façades, or social housing projects Why Apply?
