Salary:£60,000 £70,000 per year + performance bonuses

The Role
We are looking for an experiencedRegistered Managerto lead a newly registeredChildrens Residential Home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a unique opportunity: the home is already registered, fully staffed and ready for placements. You will be able to set the culture, embed therapeutic practice, and establish a safe, nurturing environment from the very beginning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full day-to-day management of the childrens home
* Holding Ofsted registration and ensuring compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
* Leading, developing and supporting a staff team, including a Deputy Manager already in post
* Embedding trauma-informed, therapeutic practice in daily care
* Overseeing safeguarding, risk management and care planning
* Building strong relationships with families, social workers and professionals
About You
We are looking for a confident leader with a strong track record in residential childcare. You will need:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens residential home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it
* In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance
* Experience supporting young people with EBD
* Calm, consistent leadership style with a focus on stability and high standards
* Full UK manual driving licence
