2026 is a pivotal year for Stantec's Water business across the UK. With a strong AMP8 pipeline and newly secured frameworks, the Southampton office, alongside Brighton, Kings Hill and Ashford, is expanding.
We are looking for experienced water professionals who want to work on complex, high‑profile programmes that make a genuine difference. This includes work in water quality, environmental performance, resilience and sustainable infrastructure.

* Water Re‑use & Recycling – sustainable closed‑loop systems for long‑term water security
* Major Transfer Pipelines – critical infrastructure at scale
* Storm Overflow Programme – large‑scale environmental protection with a focus on nature‑based solutions
* Bio‑Resources – turning waste into value through recovery and renewable energy
* Desalination – large‑scale treatment projects for climate‑resilient water sources
