Are you an experienced leader in children’s residential care looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Registered Manager for an EBD home in Plumstead, where you’ll have the opportunity to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people.
The Role:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of a children’s residential home.
* Manage and mentor staff to deliver consistent, trauma-informed, and child-centred care.
* Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Drive continuous improvement, with the goal of achieving Good and Outstanding outcomes.
* Work closely with external professionals and agencies to support each young person’s journey.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete).
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children’s residential care.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
* Resilient, inspiring, and dedicated to making a difference in young people’s lives.
