Accountabilities
* Define, design, and implement systems supporting Digital Pathology and Medical Services infrastructure.
* Own the product vision for the Digital Pathology Generative AI ecosystem.
* Conduct user research to identify automation opportunities within clinical workflows.
* Translate clinical needs into technical user stories and prioritize the engineering backlog.
* Oversee deployment of AI-driven operational improvements.
* Collaborate with Medical and Quality Assurance teams on software validation protocols.
* Track KPIs for product success, focusing on efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology or regulated clinical software.
* Experience with Digital Pathology, Radiology, or Laboratory Information Systems.
* Proven track record of launching internal workflow tools in high-throughput environments.
* Experience managing AI/ML products and defining human-in-the-loop workflows.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Strong clinical empathy and understanding of pathologists' workflow pressures.
* Regulatory fluency with CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA requirements.
