About the Role
* Assist in ensuring that the despatch department is well organised, professional, and efficient
* Assist with the operation of the Wienerberger Text & Collect service
* Provide counter assistance for our incoming/outgoing deliveries & customer collections
* Data entry and filing
* Provide administrative support to the office and factory managers
* Handling of visitors to site plus incoming calls and taking messages where necessary
* Ensure visitors have observed health and safety procedures
* Preparing rooms for meetings, providing refreshments and/or buffets as required
* Provide SAP cover when required
* Provide holiday/sickness cover when requested
Hours of Work: to, Monday to Friday
