Duties
* Provide a range of beauty services including those listed below.
* Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised experience.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best options.
* Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
* Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Book appointments
* Upsell treatments
* Possess excellent communication skills over the phone
* Be a team player and work as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* Proficiency in the use of a MAC (Apple Laptop)
* A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others look their best.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

* Candela Laser
* Tattoo removal
* CO2 Laser
* Cryolipolysis
* Cavitation
* Radiofrequency - fat melting and skin
* Shockwave therapy
* Hifu face and body
* Injectable
* Radiofrequency microneedling
* Microneedling
