About the Role

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with young people who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

You will be responsible for a caseload of students, providing targeted support to help them feel safe, understood, and connected within the college community. Through relational, student-centred approaches, you will build strong and professional relationships that promote emotional wellbeing. Your role will focus on identifying and reducing barriers to learning, enabling students to fully engage with their education and work toward their Preparation for Adult outcomes and aspirations.
