Located in Manchester, we specialise in both new construction and repairs/refurbishments, working closely with clients and supply chains to provide innovative solutions in facade and roof designs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cladding Specialist Contracts Manager, located in Manchester. The Contracts Manager will oversee day-to-day management of cladding projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing tasks. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing supply chains, ensuring health & safety compliance, supervising the installation team, monitoring project progress, and managing budgets and resources. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical and commercial challenges collaboratively. Candidate must have a High level Knowledge of Cladding systems.
Qualifications
* Project Management, Contract Negotiation, and Budget Management skills
* Experience in Cladding Systems, Facade Design, and Roofing
* Health & Safety Compliance, Quality Control, and Risk Management skills
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
* High level Knowledge of Cladding systems
* Ability to work on-site and manage a team
* Experience with multi-phase construction projects is a plus
* Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management or related fields
