Our client is currently looking for a Site supervisor/ Site Lead to join one of their most prestigious accounts to supervise a team of engineers across a large static in the Sunbury area. The successful candidate will work across a large Blue Chip site for a leading facilities management company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both M&E maintenance and have previous experience working within the Facilities Maintenance Sector. On site facilities:

Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Able to apply a risk focused maintenance approach and operations of plant and systems in Labs / critical environments.
* Able to manage cost related to delivery of maintenance activities (specialist and self-perform).
* Ensuring all client services meet client requirements or appropriate SLAs to ensure compliance and performance, covering business continuity.
* Operate to an Asset management plan (one year - 15 year), dilapidation and update plans relating to special locations and change control process covering business critical areas.
* Provide technical management reports as & when required.
* Support related technical audits onsite sites.
* Support cost-effective procurement of engineering maintenance services and operate within annual engineering budgets for the maintenance and repair of the services.
* Operate to forward maintenance plan that track asset condition and projected maintenance costs on a 5 year rolling basis.
* Liaise with the Technical Services Manager to support contractor management networking with other accounts to provide a Best Practice and assist with the Global Continuous Improvements Programme.
* Control and supervise contractors when required.
* Plan Statutory Compliance Maintenance and Testing and report as required the Statutory Compliance Audit Report to the Technical Services Manager.
* To ensure all PPM's are carried out to schedule and ensure completion of all reactive Helpdesk Requests ensuring closing and completion in line with SLA's.
* Entering relevant quotes and remedial works onto the in-house system
* Maintain L8 compliance and onsite water treatment systems
* Continually communicate building issues to end users, client and CBRE Management team
* Carryout fault finding on start-delta motors including VFD's and Soft Start controls / contactors
* Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment.
* Understanding of a CDM process with experience of working on previous electrical install projects.
* Excellent Contract / Supplier Management Skills.
* Strong People Management to motivate and inspire a team to work together.

* Evidence of Excellent Customer Service Delivery.
* PC Literate - PC and MS office skills., Higher Diploma level in mechanical / electrical engineering ideal
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in operating data centres/critical environments.
* Knowledge of emergency response/standby/call out activities and protocols.
* Understand the monitoring of utilities and environmental programmes.
* Recognised Apprenticeship essential.
* Be or have been an Authorised Person. In a HSE arena
* IOSH or equivalent H&S training.
* Permit and management understand high risk works
* Confident decision maker.
* Water hygiene L8.
* BMS Controls Experience / HVAC Experience.
* Experience of operation of UPS, Standby Power and Critical Environment Cooling.
* Operational experience of managing Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality Systems.
