Responsibilities:
* Accountable for the client and candidate experience
* Grow your network to develop new and existing business
* Build a talent pool pipeline, establish strong relationships with customers
* Conducting all stages of a recruitment life cycle
* Understanding and analysing the market and sharing insights with your customers
* A highly proactive approach to drive sales opportunities
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Degree qualified preferred
* Established sales, real estate or other relevant work experience
* Professional services recruitment experience would be ideal
* Good knowledge of Bullhorn preferable
* Agile business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
* Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn/grow
* A naturally inquisitive approach and an appreciation for diverse thought and perspective
* A desire to be collaborative with a one team, one goal mindset
* Real grit and resilience to drive you through challenging times
* Highly IT literate with a can‑do approach to embracing new technology
* High energy approach to everything
