The Role: As a Night Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults. Ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high production efficiency. Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team to continuously improve processes. Upholding health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times. What We're Looking For: Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent). Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably food/FMCG). Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
