3. Manage and maintain accurate client accounts, ensuring timely payments are received.
4. Monitor outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
5. Prepare and distribute client statements and account reconciliations.
6. Resolve client queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and improve processes.
8. Provide regular updates on account statuses and outstanding payments to management.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage financial data effectively.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
