We are seeking an outstanding Behaviour Mentor to join our enthusiastic team. We want passionate individuals who enjoy working in learning environments with complex but rewarding children. You will collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals, taking responsibility for learning activities under supervision. This may include planning, preparing, and delivering activities for individuals or groups, monitoring pupils, and recording and reporting on their achievement, progress, and development. The successful candidate will adopt effective strategies to support teaching and learning, promote positive behavior in line with school policies, and help increase pupil achievement. The school is recruiting for a Young Offender Behaviour Mentor to work with young people aged 11 to 16 in a Pupil Referral Unit setting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by supporting their access to education and their social and emotional development.
Requirements
The ideal Young Offender Behaviour Mentor will:

* Have relevant experience working with young offenders or young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues
