At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well" and we can't do that without our specialist teams. This contract is 40 hours per week (overtime also available). Candidates must be fully flexible to work in line with the store's operating hours between 7.30am‑8pm.
Responsibilities
* Work with the store management team to ensure the store, people and operation trades safely and legally, including opening and closing the store.
* Deliver high customer service and provide expert product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest store ranges and promotions, and take ownership of customer appointments.
* Support the Store Supervisor with inducting, training and coaching Sales Assistants, maximising sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Deliver high visual merchandising standards; maintain store housekeeping standards and adhere to company VM, Health & Safety guidelines and security processes.
* Process deliveries, transfers and merchandise quickly, accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Retail experience (apparel or customer‑facing preferred)
* Some key‑holder experience (desirable)
* Strong customer service and selling skills
* Leads by example on service, selling, and shop floor standards
* Enthusiastic, driven, and self‑motivated
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive in owning personal development
* Team player with initiative and a positive attitude
