About the role:
We have opportunities for experienced (plus 3yrs perm pq) social workers for Safeguarding teams in Merseyside. Must have strong court skills and a proven track record in Safeguarding.
Our client has a high quality senior leadership team who are committed to collaborative practice improvement and making Liverpool a place where good social work can flourish.
You will be joining a team who are supportive and welcoming and share a vision and the motivation to improve outcomes for the children and families of the city.
They have a stable, permanent team manager and service manager group, you will be supported in your practice by your manager and receive regular reflective supervision.
They have good range of support services including a Family Group Conference Service, family support workers within teams and an extensive Early Help Offer to support the children and families of the city and the work you do.
What you need:
8. A degree in Social Work or equivalent
9. Registered with Social Work England
10. At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
11. Completed relevant post-qualifying training
12. Enhanced DBS check
13. Excellent communication and written skills
14. Car driver and have access to a vehicle
