What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead maintenance, upgrades, and improvements for electrical systems
* Champion preventive and predictive maintenance programs
* Diagnose faults and troubleshoot using Siemens S5/S7, Allen Bradley, Profinet
* Support project engineering work, system updates, and compliance
* Drive continuous improvement for asset performance and reliability
* Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and technicians
What We're Looking For:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (or QBE)
* Strong experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
* Solid knowledge of electrical maintenance systems, CMMS, and project software
* Passion for delivering operational excellence and championing safety
