The Role
As Head of Art, you will:
* Lead and shape the strategic direction of Art across KS3 & KS4, with potential KS5 provision
* Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment within the department
* Develop an ambitious and engaging curriculum that promotes creativity and technical skill
* Support, mentor, and develop departmental staff
* Champion enrichment opportunities including exhibitions, competitions, and cross-curricular projects
You will maintain a teaching timetable and model outstanding classroom practice.
