Treasurer (Board Opportunity) End Youth Homelessness Cymru Are you ready to use your financial expertise to help end youth homelessness in Wales? Thousands of young people in Wales are at risk of homelessness. End Youth Homelessness Cymru (EYHC) exists to change that. We're looking for a Treasurer to join their Board and help guide a growing, youth-led charity at a pivotal moment in its journey. About EYHC EYHC is a small charity with a big ambition: no young person in Wales left without a safe place to call home. The charity brings together charities, housing providers, and young people themselves to influence policy, improve practice, and drive real systems change. The Role As Treasurer, you will provide financial oversight and strategic support to the Board and leadership team, helping ensure EYHC is financially sustainable as we grow. Your key responsibilities will include: Financial oversight and governance Budgeting and financial planning Working with auditors and year-end accounts Presenting clear financial insight to the Board This is a voluntary trustee role. Who We're Looking For We'd love to hear from senior finance professionals who want their skills to make a difference. You might be a: Finance Managers, Head of Finance, Finance Director, CFO, or senior accountant Experienced in financial strategy, governance or audit Values-driven and motivated by social impact Previous board experience is welcome but not essential. Time Commitment Around 6 Board meetings per year Mostly remote, with some in-person engagement in South Wales. Why Join?
