Hamlyn Williams is looking for a Global Head of Compliance & Contract to join the team in London!
As Head of Compliance and Contract in the recruitment industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all the commercial and compliance obligations of the business, as well as playing a key role in managing the compliance and onboarding of our ever-evolving contract desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning - Lead and coordinate strategic plans to improve operational workflows, client and candidate interaction and overall business performance.
* Sales Support Management - Supervise and mentor sales support employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
* Cross Functional collaboration - Work closely with all departments such as HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless integrations of operations across all UK/EU/US offices.
* Compliance and Quality assurance - Policy development, Contract compliance, Worker classification, Back ground checks and credentialing, Immigration compliance, Audit and monitoring, Training and education, Data privacy and security, Client and vendor relations and negotiation.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience in compliance management within the recruitment industry, with a focus on supporting contractors
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project implementation
• Previous experience managing a sales support team and understanding contract recruitment is desirable
