Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to take ownership of a high-end corporate office building in Canary Wharf.
This is a single-person site role, offering autonomy and responsibility for the day-to-day running of building services within a prestigious commercial environment.
The Role:
Acting as the sole on-site engineer responsible for all building services.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
Managing subcontractors, permits to work and site compliance.
Overseeing building systems including HVAC, electrical and mechanical plant.
Supporting planned maintenance and project works, including out-of-hours activities.
Participating in building shutdowns when required.
Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
Package:
£55,000 basic salary
Monday to Friday working pattern (8am5pm)
Call-out rota 1 in 1 (£75 standby approx. £4,000 per year, low call-outs)
25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Requirements:
Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
Experience working within commercial building services environments.
Ability to work independently and manage a site autonomously.
Experience managing subcontractors and site compliance processes.
