We are currently seeking a Clerical Officer to join our Cardiology & Respiratory teams.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

We require hard working individuals to join our team, delivering a smooth and efficient administration service to support Cardiology and Respiratory departments for Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful post holder will be working within a demanding but rewarding environment, as you will be contributing to the patients receiving their care., The clerical officer is responsible for:
* Providing a comprehensive administrative service to medical staff and their supporting team.
* Managing the incoming mail for the unit, i.e. receipting, scanning, distributing to secretarial team.
* Clerical tasks as required i.e. photocopying, answering the telephone etc, to support team members.
* Providing cover for colleagues in their absence to maintain service levels.
Our friendly and hardworking administration team support the Cardiology and Respiratory departments for Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The Cardiology & Respiratory Department admin teams are made up of Clerical Officer/Receptionists, Clerical Officers, Medical Secretaries, Booking Services who work as a team to support a large and busy cohort of clinical staff.
You will be an integral part of this hardworking team.
