You Should Be Able To

* Lead the design and delivery of process and technical improvements that enhance service efficiency, quality, and safety.
* Apply effective techniques to gather requirements and understand stakeholder priorities, ensuring service challenges are identified and resolved through process optimisation and smart use of technology.
* Collaborate with process owners and key stakeholders, supporting team objectives, driving continuous improvement, and deploying resources effectively.
* Analyse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, providing informed recommendations to senior management that influence strategic decision-making and drive service enhancements.

This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to be involved in the design, instigation, and development of a service that will be central to ESCC Property Services’ support of client sites.
